Berchard V. Suber


Berchard V. Suber served in the Pennsylvania State Police for twenty-five years. He retired in April 2003 at the rank of Lieutenant. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Art from the College of Arts and Architecture from the Pennsylvania State University, a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. He graduated from the Pennsylvania State Police Academy receiving a diploma and was promoted to the rank of Trooper in Hershey, Pennsylvania. He also completed the Federal Bureau of Investigation Instructor Development Course. He attended and graduated from the Northwestern University School of Staff and Command, Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois.

He has been a private security trainer and consultant in private business sector and has taught
leadership and criminal justice courses at Valley Forge Military Academy and College in Wayne,
PA, Alvernia University, Rosemont College, the Pennsylvania State University, Montgomery County Community College and at the Pennsylvania State Police Academy.
